Methodology
The annual survey and awards program, conducted in partnership with Best Companies Group, identifies 100 firms to honor as the best employers in the accounting profession across three separate size categories. Firms from across the United States enter the two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The first part consists of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
