Her attention to detail and knowledge in navigating the nuances of federal and state tax calculations makes her a trusted tax advisor to her clients. Since her work began on R&D tax credits, she has cultivated extensive experience with controversy work, rights and risk contract analysis, and project management.

Lydia came to her passion for what her clients create through her work with Ernst & Young in Dallas. Midcareer, Lydia shifted her focus to specialize in research credits with a regional Research & Development credit firm, allowing her to become well-versed in these lucrative credits across industries.

Lydia graduated from Texas Tech University with a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance.
