Lindsay Haskell – Director of Corporate Tax

Lindsay Haskell has more than 15 years of public and private accounting experience in corporate, income tax provision and compliance as well as indirect tax experience. As a main point of contact in client matters, directing client workflows and relationships, Lindsay’s energy and tenacity are aimed at doing what is best for clients, which includes dynamic companies worldwide. Clients appreciate her deep subject matter expertise, hands-on attention to detail, and straightforward answers.

Lindsay also works with business strategy tax impact analysis, transfer pricing and foreign reporting, M&A due diligence and entity restructuring, making sure the tax pieces fit business goals. Her role extends to counseling clients under audit and aiding in their efforts to develop corporate tax departments.

Prior to TaxOps, Lindsay’s worked in both the public and private sector in corporate income tax provision and compliance. Lindsay spent time at Ernst & Young (EY) handling tax compliance and provisions for corporate, international, federal, and state and local projects. She also worked at Webroot Inc., which was acquired by Carbonite, Inc. in 2019, where she was called on to perform cross-functional compliance and planning integration across tax disciplines.

Lindsay is a licensed CPA in Colorado and holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business. While pursuing a bachelor’s in Accounting from the College of St. Rose, Lindsay was a two-year co-captain of the NCAA women’s soccer team, which went unbeaten in the regular season her senior year to become Northeast-10 Conference Tournament champions.
