Please join us in congratulating Lindsay Haskell on her promotion to Director of Corporate Tax at TaxOps. As Lindsay transitions into this role, clients can expect the same hands-on attention to detail and straightforward answers she has always delivered as she seamlessly integrates oversight responsibilities aimed at managing the client experience.

“I am excited to work with a broader swath of growth-oriented clients across the firm,” Lindsay says. Her priorities include elevating the client experience through timely communication, efficient review processes and resource allocation as she continues to solve tax issues and inform tax decisions for clients.

“We are pleased to have Lindsay formally step into this strategic role as a main point of contact in client matters,” Allen Gregory, partner at TaxOps, said. “Lindsay has more than qualified herself for this role based on her extensive client experience, deep subject matter expertise, and an overall commitment to excellence.”

Lindsay has 15+ years of public and private accounting experience in corporate, income tax provision and compliance as well as indirect tax experience. She also works with business strategy tax impact analysis, transfer pricing and foreign reporting, M&A due diligence and entity restructuring, making sure the tax pieces fit business goals.

Prior to TaxOps, Lindsay worked in both the private and public sector in corporate income tax provision and compliance. Lindsay spent time at EY handling tax compliance and provisions for corporate, international, federal, and state and local projects. She also worked at Webroot Inc., which was acquired by Carbonite, Inc., in 2019, where she was called on to perform cross-functional compliance and planning integration across tax disciplines.

Please congratulate Lindsay at lhaskell@taxops.com.
