Remote teaming at TaxOps is helping us maintain a consistent level of client service while protecting our clients, employees, and communities.

Dear clients, colleagues, and friends,

Our hearts go out the individuals, businesses, and communities that have been affected by COVID-19 (coronavirus). During this uncertain time, we want you to understand what TaxOps is doing to maintain a consistent level of client service, especially now during tax season, and protect the health and safety of our clients, employees, their families and our communities.

Our workforce is flexible and adept at collaboration from any location–office, home or other. We are thankful our culture at TaxOps has always offered a work-from-home environment and that all professionals at TaxOps are fully set up to meet client obligations in a remote setting.

This allows our professionals to continue to work without undue exposure in an office or public environment. We have secure portal access for sharing documents and obtaining client signatures. If a client meeting is necessary, capabilities are in place to meet virtually.

We recognize that if employees and their family members are not well, they may need to take time off to manage their health needs. Our teaming approach to each client engagement ensures that more than one individual is familiar with a client’s situation.

Our responsibility to our clients and teams are our top priority for the duration of any impact. We are keeping up with the guidance of the World Health Organization, CDC and state and local health authorities and will adjust accordingly.

We will keep you informed of any changes to tax filing deadlines, but for now, we are proceeding with client work based on the normal deadlines. We are confident and committed to serving your business through this dynamic situation.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. We wish you all the best,
