Bini Bala – Tax Senior

Bini has over seven years of diverse experience in tax and accounting, with a special emphasis on problem-solving complex tax issues. At TaxOps, Bini prepares federal, corporate and state income tax returns and extensions. She also provides technical tax research and advises clients in tax planning. Her proactive communication style keeps clients and the team informed on progress and provides for quick turnaround on tax research. Bini works with flow through entity taxation, with a focus on partnerships and S corps, and prepares provisions in accordance with Accounting for Income Taxes ASC 740.

Prior to TaxOps, Bini worked with regional accounting firms in Atlanta and Colorado preparing tax returns and providing accounting support.

Bini is a CPA licensed in Colorado and holds both a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in taxation from Calicut University, India. 

When she is not working, Bini enjoys reading, dancing and spending time with her husband and two boys.
